Something brought you here...

Maybe curiosity. Maybe that quiet inner knowing that it's time to try something different. Whatever it was — your body has been trying to tell you something. Not in a way that's easy to name. More like a frequency running underneath everything. A sense that something is held, unexpressed, heavy, not quite where it should be.

You've been listening. You just haven't found what can actually answer back — until now..

Two women hugging outdoors, one with long blonde hair and the other with dark hair, surrounded by green bushes and trees.

If nothing changes, nothing dramatic happens. That's the quiet truth of it.

The days continue. The managing continues. And slowly, without quite noticing, the part of you that believed something could actually shift starts to grow a little quieter. Not gone — just dimmer. The waiting starts to feel less like hope and more like habit.

That dimming is perhaps the heaviest thing of all to carry. Not because it's loud — but because eventually, it starts to feel normal.

Here's something the wellness world won't say plainly: you cannot think your way out of something that lives in the body.

The thinking mind is powerful. But it has a blind spot — it can't see what it's inside of. You cannot locate the water when you are the fish.

What you're carrying lives deeper than thought can reach. In the nervous system, the energetic field, the layers that formed before you had language for any of it. Your effort can't move it from the outside — because you are the outside.

There is another way. One that doesn't ask anything of your thinking mind. That works at a different level entirely — and that's what you'll find here.

A woman is lying in bed and appears to be receiving Reiki healing from a woman standing next to her, in a room with plain white and gray walls and a window with sunlight.

My path into this work didn't begin as a calling. It began as necessity.

I know what it's like to feel like your body is something to be managed rather than somewhere to actually live. To get through an ordinary day feeling like you're wading through something thick and unnameable — because from the outside, everything was fine. To cancel plans, to call in sick, to feel so far from yourself that even the simplest things felt like an obstacle course.

I kept showing up for myself — with consistency, with genuine commitment — because I remembered what it felt like to not feel this way. And I trusted that version of myself was still in there, waiting.

Over years of finding my own way through, I was drawn again and again to the modalities that worked at the level the talking couldn't reach. Breathwork. Sound healing. Energy work. Yoga. Things that shifted what no amount of processing had moved.

Then, in late 2024, something opened more fully. The capacity to channel — to work with a higher-dimensional form of consciousness that moves through the energetic field and operates beyond the reach of the logical mind — came through completely. It arrives with a precision I couldn't manufacture on my own. It goes where it needs to go, not where I decide to send it. Those are genuinely different things.

To witness this work from the inside is among the most sacred things I've ever done. I don't take it lightly.

A hand making a heart shape with fingers towards the sunset, with some plants in the foreground.

It tends to arrive quietly. You might miss it at first — the first sign is usually an absence.

A morning where something feels different — lighter, somehow. A moment where you notice you didn't spiral the way you usually would. The absence of the dread that used to attach itself to certain kinds of days. The absence of the effort it used to take to simply feel okay in your own skin.

And then, slowly — something more. You're in your body, actually in it, present rather than hovering at a slight distance managing what's happening. Your intuition speaks and you hear it before you've had a chance to talk yourself out of it. That sense of aliveness you'd stopped reaching for stops feeling like something to chase and starts feeling like simply where you are.

You're not carrying it alone anymore. That's the thing at the centre of all of it.

Life doesn't become perfect. But it starts to feel like yours again.

ENERGETIC ALCHEMY

75 minutes | $170

The full depth of the work.

We begin with an optional sage cleansing to clear your energetic field and settle the space. A gentle conversation opens the session — what's been going on, what brought you here, what feels like it needs to move. From there, grounding breath to help you land, a soft soundscape underneath — and then the channelled energy work begins.

This may include tuning into your energetic field and aura, checking in with your chakras/energy centres, identifying areas of stagnation (pain, emotions, stagnant energy), and moving energy that's no longer serving you. Sacred sound instruments are woven in where they're called for. The work has its own intelligence — it goes where it needs to go, which isn't always where you thought you needed it. That's part of what makes it different.

A single session can be a genuine reset. Deeper shifts unfold over time, and each session builds on the one before. The intention is always to work toward a place where you no longer need this regularly. What you cultivate between sessions is part of the partnership.

Everyone's experience is unique. Come with an open mind and an open heart — that's all that's needed.

SOUND THERAPY

60 minutes | $130

Not ready to dive in deep yet? That's completely okay.

We begin with grounding breath to help you arrive — in the space, in your body, out of the noise. From there, I'm intuitively guided to work with sacred instruments: Tibetan singing bowls, a hand-carved rainstick, quartz crystal singing bowls, a shamanic medicine drum, a quartz crystal pyramid, and more.

Most of my instruments vibrate at 432hz — a frequency that creates a sonic wave moving through your energetic field and into the body's systems: nervous, immune, digestive, and beyond. You don't have to do anything. Your body simply begins to resonate with the sound.

You'll leave feeling more connected, more grounded, more like yourself.

If something in you recognised itself while reading this, I'd gently invite you to trust that.

You don't need to arrive with the right words or a clear sense of what needs to shift. What's needed is simpler: a willingness to receive, and to stop being the only source of your own healing for a little while.

If you're not sure where to begin, Sound Therapy is a soft and gentle entry point — an hour of receiving, nothing to direct or figure out. If you're ready to go deeper, Energetic Alchemy takes you into the full work.

Come as you are. Perfectly imperfect. That's more than enough.
